Ariel graduated as a Software Engineer from the Catholic University and has more than a decade of experience working in IT companies, as a developer, team leader and consultant. He is a passionate entrepreneur who has been working as CEO for 4 years, taking great care of customers’ satisfaction as well as team wellness. His passion for Software Craftsmanship drove him to transform Moove-IT into a Ruby on Rails development shop focused on building top quality software using Agile methodologies.
Martín Cabrera
Chief Technology Officer, Board Member
Martín is a Computer Engineer graduated from the State University of Uruguay. He has 14 years of experience in IT, working as a developer, team leader, teacher and consultant. Since he began working and studying, he has been involved in Java EE projects, and has become a member of this technology reference group in Uruguay. Currently, he is responsible for the development team, and he helps to improve the technical skills of each member. He also leads and coordinates the Bancard team.
Conrado Viña
Board Member, Co-Founder
He is a Software Engineer since 2003, graduated from the State University of Uruguay. As Director and co-founder, Conrado supervises the general operations and the objectives at Moove-iT. His main technical interest is researching new development techniques, and the analysis of the latest trends in the software and technology markets. In his spare time he enjoys hang gliding, soccer, music, reading, movies, and traveling.
Gabriela Isnardi
Customer Relations
Gabriela is in charge of understanding customer's needs in order to keep up with our good performance. She makes sure that everyone is happy with the products and the services we provide. She's got her B.A. in the United States, and after that she became a Clinical Psychologist. She also specialized in Organizational Studies.Here she mainly uses her expertise in Human Resources in high tech environments. She loves working with people and trying to help.
Michel Golffed
Chief Operating Officer
Michel is a great developer, devoted and neat. He has been working at Moove-iT for more than 2 years, developing and leading multiple projects. As COO, he is in charge of overseeing all projects and organizing the team assignations among them. He playfully defines himself as being 'a good programmer and a better person', though if he codes as half the person he is, you will probably get an excellent job done, free from bugs and surprises.
María Noel Burghi
Chief Financial Officer
María Noel is in charge of overseeing Moove-iT’s administrative and financial operations, implementing its administrative systems, and she is responsible for the company’s budget. She has been working in administrative positions for fourteen years and joined us 5 years ago. Having studied psychology probably gave her enough tools to handle tough environments, which together with her profound sensitiveness and sensible manners helped her through the twist and turns of Moove-iT’s passionate journey.
Gianfranco Zas
Technical Architect
Gian is a Systems Analyst who started his days as a .Net Programmer. He joined our team in early 2009. He worked as an Asset Reuse and Development Best Practices Manager for TCS software development team. He is a very smart and perfectionist person with deep experience in Ruby related projects. He has been working with Sinatra and Rails frameworks for more than 4 years. Nowadays, he is focused on code quality and on helping to improve the team technical skills. His extensive experience includes technologies and languages like Java, .Net, Perl, Python and JavaScript.
Pablo Ifrán
Technical Architect
Pablo is an experienced and talented Ruby programmer, and one of our fastest and most perfectionist coders. He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer, and has worked as a Ruby developer since 2007. He is a very valuable member of our team and an important reference for his co-workers, with a deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ruby on Rails. Everyone asks him for help when a “mystic” issue takes place.
Sebastian Suttner
Developer, Team leader
Sebastian is currently finishing his studies to become a Computer Engineer from the State University of Uruguay.The team gets inspired by his competence and encouragement to make progress towards a common goal. He is a very neat and enthusiastic programmer, and a very important member of our Rails team. He has in fact led most of the iOS development projects. He is a sportsman, and as well as he is fully trained in different sports, he emanates the spirit of a true team player.
Marcelo Casiraghi

Marcelo got his System Analyst degree from the State University of Uruguay where he is currently finishing his studies to become a Computer Engineer. He joined us 2 years ago, and since then, he has shown a big interest for new technologies, analysis design solutions, and good programming practices. He is a very valuable part of our Rails team and successfully leads two important projects. He is always calm and very perseverant when it comes to solving tough problems.
Damián Moretti

Damián belongs to the Java experts team inside Moove-IT. He has been working as a JEE instructor and consultant for many companies. He is a hardworking and perseverant guy who does his best in order to reach the project goals. He enjoys making people laugh with his jokes and tales.
Iván Etchart
Developer
He has been improving his skills and knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, Ruby on Rails and iOS development since he joined Moove-iT, 3 years ago. As a result, he became a very talented Web and Mobile developer. In his spare time, he plays tennis and paddle.
Santiago Doldán
Developer
Santiago is an enthusiastic IT student and eager learner. He is pretty caught up in the Mac world, with all its graphical effects and user friendliness. This neat programmer has a special interest in Web development and Mobile apps. Although he mainly loves Ruby and JavaScript, his true passion is completely different: he is a frantic soccer fan, completely mad about “Nacional”, one of the best soccer teams in Uruguay.
Andreas Fast
Developer
Andreas is currently finishing his studies of Software Engineering at the State University of Uruguay. He has worked many years using Genexus, and has taught Java and Object Oriented Programming. He is a big fan of Linux, Ubuntu in particular. Andreas supports Open Source Software, and loves Ruby, Python and Web Developing, though he has a special interest in Mobile Applications. He enjoys solving difficult problems, and he is always motivated by writing neat code, researching and making things work. Something curious: His native language is German, though he has lived and studied in Uruguay all his life.
Máximo Gómez

Máximo has a great understanding of how the Web works, and above all, of how to incorporate design in an effective and creative way. Programmers admire his creations, as he has got innate design sense, and 10 years of solid experience. He is very good at picking up a new idea, and turning it into a great image. His magic touch is sensitiveness and freshness. Máximo is excellent at Comic Art, and in his free time loves spending time with his wife and kids.
Adrián Gómez

Adrián is a software engineering student who really enjoys the challenge of experimenting new things and trying out current technologies. He is so into programming that he often loses track of time while doing so. Let alone if he is working on a different language. In this scenario, he would feel the adrenaline of the new experience, and could become so immerse in the power of discovering and learning that he could even forget to eat!
Damián Arrillaga

He is energetic and smart. Since he joined us two years ago, he has surprised his co-workers with accurate comments and quick thinking. He studies Software Engineering in the State University of Uruguay, and has great programming skills in Rails and Android applications. He also loves to play the guitar and would love to study Music at College one day.
Virginia Rodríguez

She is currently finishing her studies of Software Engineering at the State University of Uruguay. She is extremely calm and quiet, something we most admire. If you work with her, you will soon learn she pays good attention to detail, and always delivers high quality code. She worked as a PHP programmer for many years, and became very interested in Ruby on Rails as soon as she joined the Moove-iT team. Like almost every Uruguayan, she is a soccer fan. Favorite team: Peñarol.
Guzmán Iglesias

Guzmán is a Frontend Developer with a particular interest in web design and is very good at editing digital images. He has been working with us since 2009, and he is native in HAML and SASS. His main task is to work every pixel in order to create the perfect visual environment for every application we create.
Miguel Renom

Miguel is about to graduate as a Software Engineer from the State University of Uruguay. He has a lot of experience solving exciting computing problems through a combination of teamwork, cleverness and commitment. He is always pleased to give a hand with any issue that may arise, a way in which he truly believes he can enrich the experience of working as a team. Like many of us, he is an enthusiastic member of our Rails team, and as he himself puts it, he enjoys that as much as he does eating candy, which is a lot to say.

He has been programming in Ruby on Rails and taking part in many projects in Uruguay and abroad. Lesly Acuña

Lesly is a young computer-engineering student and her motivation is to be one of the best programmers in a career dominated by men. She really enjoys working with Java and specially with Ruby on Rails. Lesly is an enthusiastic learner and a dedicated team member. She feels very attracted to Asian culture and truly enjoys practicing different languages, creating Origami and reading Manga (Japanese comics).

Rossina Salvatore

Rossina is in charge of keeping all the paperwork updated. She manages the administrative internal affairs, and makes sure each employee and client has every document they need. We are all very happy to have her in our team with her kind manners and gentle smile. Besides administration, Rossina has studied to become an interior designer, and is now studying green spaces design as well. In fact, what she enjoys the most is going to the countryside, riding horses and being surrounded by nature.
