Our solution

With our Incident Management System, each of Abitab client’s tickets triggers the appropriate task and communication workflow to the determined representatives and reports accordingly to management. All parties are now part of the incident flow and aware of the tasks and times which will take part in order to finish it with the appropriate solution and ultimately with the client’s satisfaction by receiving his feedback. Each process can be easily modified and improved through feedback and experience generating a virtuous cycle revolving around customer satisfaction.
